Yes, all SwainSoniq models support pass-through charging, allowing you to use them while connected to power. You can also use the included 3.5mm cable for wired listening when the battery is depleted.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not completely satisfied, return your headphones in original condition for a full refund. Items must be unused with all original packaging and accessories.

To initiate a return, contact our support team for a return authorization number. Return shipping is free for defective items; customer-initiated returns may incur a shipping fee.

Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Coverage

All SwainSoniq products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If your product experiences a covered defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge. Warranty service requires proof of purchase and may involve shipping the product to our service center.
